Judy Smith loves working with small business clients. She understands small business needs and budgets. By keeping her own business overhead to a minimum, she is able to charge a lower rate for many tasks.
Fees are charged on an hourly basis in tenths of an hour (6 minute increments). Clients are emailed detailed invoices as agreed in advance, no less than monthly, to be paid within 15 days of receipt. Online payment options include E-Check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Tier 1: Basic Bookkeeping $40/hour
Basic bookkeeping is performed by Judy Smith or a supervised bookkeeping assistant. Tasks include efficient data entry, bank and credit card account reconciliation, bill payments, employee timesheet entry, basic payroll, routine client communications and more.
Tier 2: Advanced Bookkeeping and Consulting $65/hour
Advanced bookkeeping services include Quickbooks review and consulting, preparation of financial statements, budgets, projections, government reports (e.g. 1099s, sales tax reports, etc.), chart of accounts setup, analysis, systems setup, and other tasks requiring advanced accounting knowledge and experience.
Fees may be adjusted no more than annually with a 60 day written notice to the client.
